Fun Theatre-based Workshops on Health and Well-Being

Are you looking for a fun workshop where you can learn new skills? Then this is the space for you. Join us for a fun process of easy-to-use drama and theatre games and exercises where you can work with the group to explore how to look after your health and well-being, improve your language skills, make new friends, learn more about Ireland and build confidence in a safe and enjoyable space.  All are welcome, no experience necessary.
