This video is an interview with Patrick Nevin, Manager of Tallaght Travellers Community Development project. The interview was conducted by Smashing Times as part of the project Acting for the Future – Using the Arts to Promote Positive Mental Health and Suicide Prevention for Travellers and Roma. The partners were Smashing Times International Centre for the Arts and Equality, the Samaritans, TravAct, Kildare Traveller Action, Musicantia and Tallaght Travellers Community Development Project. Biography

Patrick Nevin is the manager of Tallaght Travellers Community Development Project, a community development and human rights organisation working with travellers in the Tallaght area in South County Dublin, Ireland. He began his career in 1991, working with people with disabilities, but soon transitioned to traveller rights work which he has been working in for the last 20 years.
